Inscribed in German, Homage to Democracy H.M. the King of England, upper to the center. Published by Knorr and Hirth, Munchen. Missing from majority of Holocaust collection. Simplicissimus is a German literary and artistic illustrated satirical magazine, published weekly from April 4, 1896 to September 13, 1944 in Munich.
