A vintage Chinese ethnic oil on canvas painting depicting a young Miao girl in her native costume. Signed in Chinese ideograms, Wang Wei, and dated 1992 on the lower right. Framed. The Miao are a group of linguistically related peoples living in Southern China and Southeast Asia, which are recognized by the government of China as one of the 56 official ethnic groups.
