Rare and impressive item: Large charity box with open palm - Eastern Europe
A rectangular brass box for collecting charity. The back of the box is decorated with hand-made embossed relief with a blue enamel plate with the inscription: "Giving to orphans and widows." A palm protrudes upward from the center of the box. Above it is a slot for inserting coins.
Width: 70 cm, height: 100 cm, very good condition.
