אסיפת דינים, ספר 'שדי חמד' חלק רביעי וחלק חמישי, מערכת אות א' ב' ואות ג', מהגאון רבי חיים חזקיה מדיני.
העותק של מרן הגאון רבינו עובדיה יוסף בתקופה היסטורית חשובה ביותר בה כיהן כראב"ד במצרים. בדף הפורזץ חתימת יד קדשו, ולאחר חתימתו כתב: "דומ"ץ פה קהיר מצרים". בתוך הספר שמונה הגהות בעצם כתב יד קדשו.
החתימה וההגהות כתובים בכתיבה מזרחית, בה השתמש מרן רבינו בצעירותו לפני ששינה לכתב ידו האשכנזי הידועה.
ורשה, תרס"ה 1905. רפד דף; 33.5 ס"מ. כריכה פשוטה עם דבק כריכה. מעט מאוד נקבי עש. כתמי זמן. קרע בדף כא עם מעט חסר מהטקסט. מצב טוב - טוב מאוד.
מרן הגאון רבי עובדיה יוסף [תרפ"א – תשע"ד 1920/2013] מגדולי פוסקי ומנהיגי הדור. גאון עצום. חיבר סדרת ספרים 'יביע אומר' וספרים רבים נוספים. בשנת תש"ז נקרא ע"י הרב עוזיאל לכהן כראב"ד במצרים, לאחר ששהה שם כשנתיים וניסה לחזק את היהדות שם, אחת הבעיות החמורות הייתה מערך הכשרות במוסדות הציבור, דבר אשר גרם לקשיים רבים בקהילה, בשנת תש"ט התפטר מתפקידו ובשנת תש"י עלה חזרה לארץ הקודש.
