Dear Bidders & Biddettes, Thank you for your presence at our Gun Auction. This is an absolute, No Reserve auction, and all bids constitute a binding contract. To ensure a smooth auction process, we kindly request that you read the following guidelines. Background Checks for Firearms: All firearms require a background check. Please refrain from bidding on a firearm if you are ineligible to own one. Local Residents may pick up firearms and undergo a background check at our FFL-licensed facility. Payment and Shipping: At the conclusion of the two-day event, we will email a preliminary invoice to you, you are advised that this preliminary invoice DOES NOT include shipping costs, Transfer fees, or Credit Card Fee. We will box up everyone's orders and get shipping quotes. After everyone is boxed and quoted, we will email you twice, Once with a Preliminary Invoice now including your shipping and transfer fee's, but this will NOT INCLUDE the 2.99% Credit card fee. If you wish to avoid this fee, Please Mail your Payment to us within 5 business days after you receive the FIRST Invoice, we will bill you for the shipping, & transfers later. This will come as an email and a text message (if your phone # is a cell) with the PAY LINK, it will come from Swipe Simple (noreply@swipesimple.com) We ship anywhere in the United States. Buyer's premium is 18%, with a 3% Discount for Checks/Money Orders/ACH Sent Within the 5 Business Days of the Initial Preliminary Invoice. Shipping Details: We utilize the most economical shipping methods, typically FedEx Ground & FedEx OneRate. Our discounted Rates, plus a $6.00 per box fee covering packaging materials, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Webcast Usage: For the best webcast experience, please use Google Chrome as your browser. This ensures high refresh rates and contributes to the real-time flow of the auction. Live Audio/Video buttons will be available just before the auction, providing access to both audio and video streams for an enhanced experience. FFL Documentation: If you win a firearm, please send a copy of your valid FFL or have your provider send it to transfers@brandusedworks.com Make sure they Include your name on the correspondence to facilitate processing. Transfer Fee: A $10 transfer fee applies to all firearms to assist in maintaining accurate records and liability. Pre-Bids: If you leave a pre-bid, note that we do not see your maximum bid. The five platforms (Our Platform, HiBid, Proxibid, iCollector, and Live Auctioneers) do not share information. Bids will be different on all of them. To avoid any discrepancies, consider bidding one more increment than your maximum bid so as to hopefully not tie bids with another platform.
