Really Lovely Collection of Silver and White Metal Thimbles including:
1 - US thimble stamped 'Sterling' on band and with Simon Bros. S in shield.
2 - Stamped 'Sterling' on band and with Simon Bros. S in shield. Greek design to band.
3. Decorated with egg and dart border and punched dome. Marked sterling, 8, PAT.MAY 31 98. Marked inside dome PRISCILLA and with Simon Bros S in shield.
4. White metal. Inscribed Hart Bros. Punched top with scenic band of houses also inscribed "Jessie".
5. John Thompson & Sons Sterling Silver Thimble. Chester 1904. Bands of flowers with plain rim
6. Marked sterling. Decorated with border of asters. Marked inside dome with Simon Bros S in shield.
7. Decorated with egg and dart border. Marked inside dome USA sterling silver and with Simon Bros S in shield.
8. American Sterling Silver Thimble. Marked 'Sterling' and a star makers mark inside dome. Punched top with engraved leaf band.
9. Charles May Sterling Silver Thimble with a decorated band of flowers and squares. Birmingham 1895
10. James Fenton Sterling Silver Thimble. Birmingham 1906. All-over pattern of squares with plain band at base.
