Fine R. M. Rose Atlanta Whiskey Jug 1gal Jug circa 1888-1890s. This is just a fine example of what a perfect condition R.M. Rose Atlanta Distillers jug should be with a stellar cobalt stencil. The jug has heavy salt on the top of the lip and a portion of the handle. Also standing out is the glassy kiln drips that just makes this jug stand out in all aspects. The jug was potted in Howell Mill area of Atlanta by potter CS Kline, note this is not a stamped example, but strongly attributed to Kline. The jug is in monumental condition with no chips cracks or repairs. Fresh example and stands 10 1/2"
