Robert Eickholt is a renowned glass artisan who studied glass blowing in Berkley, California and later completed his graduate studies at Ohio State University and the Columbus College of Art and Design.
In 1978, he opened Eickholt Glass Studio in Columbus, Ohio. He is best-known for incorporating precious metals and oxides into his various creations, including vases, perfume bottles, paperweights and sculptures. His work has been sold at a variety of galleries as well as featured at the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, New York, and the Massillon Museum in Massillon, Ohio.
