Vintage Lisner Rhinestone Dog Collar Necklace
A very chic vintage designer signed Lisner dog collar choker style adjustable necklace. The necklace is silvertone and has beautiful blue AB round paste rhinestones. Measures 17 inches long and 1/2 inches wide. The necklace is in good overall condition but is missing one rhinestone.
