Antique c1890s Tree of Life Quilt. Measuring about 86x86 inches. Comprised of 36 blocks, measuring about 12.5x12.5 inches, set straight 6x6, with solid green 2 inch sashing. It is hand and machine pieced and hand quilted. There is a thin cotton batting and a Garibaldi red with black dot backing. The edge is finished with a green solid binding applied by machine to front, and hand to back. It is in fair condition with several large spots and watermarks. There is a lovely array of period prints including indigo, double green, browns, shirtings, centennial green and more. There is a sleeve for hanging applied to the back. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
