Antique c1890 Chimney Sweep Signature Quilt measuring 73 inch by 86 inches. It is comprised of 42 blocks, 8.5 x 8.5 Inches, set on point, 6 by 7, with shirting print alternating squares and setting triangles. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and a shirting reverse. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front, and applied by machine. Most of the blocks have a name inscription in the center in a blue ink. There is no date or geographic location that I can discern. It is in good condition with a few small spots. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will provide extra pictures, or can schedule an in person or video conference preview at your convenience. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
