A platinum brooch in combination with yellow gold set with a Sapphire gemstone, diamonds and natural pearls.
Very beautiful goldsmith work in Filigree style.
The central Sapphire gemstone is estimated to weigh approximately 0.70 carats and has a deep, strong and beautiful blue color, surrounded by diamonds with an old-cut and natural pearls with a diameter of 2-3 mm.
One pearl is missing.
