A NAZI GERMANY GILT SA TREFFEN 1931 BRAUNSCHWEIG BADGE
A fine example of the Brunswick Rally Badge, an award for those NSDAP members who took part in the Brunswick Rally of 1931. This example is of the later, solid type and shows a wreath of oak leaves surmounted by the Reichsadler clutching a wreathed swastika. Within the main wreath is an inscription reading 'S—A Treffen Braunschweig 17./18. Oktober 1931'. The verso bears the RZM tag M1/63, indicating manufacture by Steinhauer & Lück of Lüdenscheid.
