A RUSSIAN ENGRAVED SILVER TEA CUP HOLDER, CA 1901

A Russian silver tea glass holder with a silver laurel wreath overlay embellished with a memorable inscription in Russian "Na pamyat synu NB 1901 g. 17 Aprelya" [For the son's memory, April 17th, 1901] in a wreath of laurel leaves. There is an engraving around the cup holder "Pejte na zdorovje" [Drink to Health].

Hallmarks: Fyodor Gorbunov "FG" (in Cyrillic) and 84 Russian silver standard.

Weight: 5.5 oz., 156 g.
