WASHINGTON DENZEL: (1954- ) American actor, Academy Award winner. Signed 8 x 10 photograph of the actor in a close-up smiling head and shoulders study in costume as Steve Biko from the epic drama film Cry Freedom (1987), set in the late-1970s apartheid-era South Africa. Signed by Washington in bold blue ink with his name alone to the image. It was for his performance in this film that Washington received a Best Supporting Actor Oscar nomination. EX
