BARDOT BRIGITTE: (1934- ) French actress and sex symbol. A.L.S., Brigitte, one page, 4to (square graph paper), n.p., n.d., to Liliane Roca, in French. Bardot writes, in full, ´Je suis tres tres touchee par le petit chale qui va aller si bien avec mon ensemble fermiere que je mets l´ete a Baroches. Vous etes un amour. Je vous remercie de tout mon coeur et vous embrasse tres fort´ (Translation: ´ I'm very, very touched by the little shawl which will go so well with my farmer´s outfit that I wear in the summer at Baroches. You are a darling. I thank you with all my heart and give you a big kiss´). Together with an A.L.S. by Bardot´s secretary, Jacqueline, to two sides of a printed correspondence card from the Fondation Brigitte Bardot, Saint-Tropez, 12th September 1988, also to Liliane Roca, in French, stating that Bardot was touched by Roca´s letter ´et aime le petit livre de Colette´ (Translation: ´and loves Colette´s little book´) and further remarking ´N´etant pas pres de nous et ayant quitee Saint Ttropez pour un mois, elle me prie de vous remercier´ (Translation: ´As she is not near us and has left Saint Tropez for a month, she asks me to thank you for your kind words´).
