Interesting Letter by Rabbi Shlomo Feinzilberis Av Beit Din of Kidan (Lithuania) to Rabbi Aharon Milevsky of Montevideo. 1938
Rabbi Shlomo ben Rabbi Aharon Yosef Halevi Feinzilber (1862 - August 1941) President of the Association of Rabbis in Lithuania, Rabbi of Troki and Rabbi of Vashneh and Kaidan, where he also established a large yeshiva before his appointment as the city's rabbi .
During the First World War he served in Minsk and served as rabbi of the city's Great Synagogue. He was murdered by the Lithuanians in the Holocaust.
