ממוספר בראשו: קמ"ט, ק"ן.
באחד העמודים נכתב בראשו בעפרון: "הדרוש נעתק עד סופו".
כולל מחיקות והוספות בכתב יד קודשו.
על שיר השירים כותב מרן בדף שלפנינו, בשנת תקס"ו:
"שיר השירים אשר לשלמה. יראה דרצונו לומר טעם על איזה נס נתייסד השיר הזה, כמו שאנו אומרים שירת הים על נס הים [...] אמנם איזה שם יתואר השיר הזה? ואמר "שיר השירים" ששיר זה נתיסד שאנו משוררים להקב״ה על השירים שזכינו לגדולה הזאת, שבחר בנו ה׳ וזכינו לשורר לפניו, על השיר בעצמו אנו משוררים שזכינו לרב טוב הזה, וזה שיר השירים".
