Certificate of the Golden Book of the JNF - Signatures of the President of the Zionist Federation David Wolfson and the Chairman of the JNF Max Bodenheimer - [1910] - an Item Fit for a Museum, Extremely Rare
A large printed certificate, "Eternal souvenir! Certificate of the Golden Book of the Jewish National Fund". Designed by Ranzenhofer. Printed by J. Lowy, Vienna. Hebrew and German.
The certificate was given in the city of Köln, the third of Iyar 1910.
The name of registrant: Shmuel Ze'ev Jungroirt (Avrech) of Jerusalem, by the group of 'Bnei Zion' of Chrzanów.
Hebrew signatures of David Wolfson (the president of the Zionist Federation after Herzl's death) and Max Bodenheimer (a German Zionist leader who was the chairman of the Jewish National Fund). English signature-like stamp of Wolfson and signature of Bodenheimer.
Extremely rare! To the best of our knowledge, such as important item has never been seen in auctions!
