Special Collection of 20 Letters by the Gaon Rabbi Shneur Kotler – 1947-1962
The letters deal with the following: the death of the Rabbi of Brisk, Ma'amar haChassidim, about his grandfather the Graz, his father Rabbi Aharon, about Gaon Av Beit Din of Kovno and the Or Sameach, his grandparents, the birth of his son – Aharon, about the Philanthropist Wolfson, and more.
A total of 552 lines handwritten by him.
Some of the letters are written on airmail letters. All are written in clear and orderly script.
Rabbi Yosef Chaim Shneur Kotler (1918-1982) was the head of the Lakewood Yeshiva in New Jersey and a member of Mo'etzet Gedolei HaTorah in the USA.
