Classic fundamental commentary to the Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mishpat authored by R. Aryeh Leib Ha’Cohen Heller. With the Kuntrus Ha’Sfeikos by R. Yehuda Ha’Cohen brother of the Ketzos, who was active in the printing of this Sefer.
R. Aryeh Leib Ha’Cohen Heller (1745-1813), served as Rav in Rosnitov. He authored various important works including Shev Shematsa and Avnei Miluim. Frequently known as “The Ketzos” after the name of this Sefer, his novella had an immeasurable impact and are fundamentals of Talmudic discourse.
