Compilation of Agaddic portions of the Talmud, with a commentary by R. Yehuda Aryeh of Modena. These were later incorporated into various later editions of the Ein Yaakov.
R. Yehuda Aryeh of Modena (1571–1648), was a well-known Jewish scholar born in Venice. He descended from a family who migrated to Italy after the expulsion of Jews from Spain. He authored a number of seforim including Beis Yehuda, Golus Yehuda and Beis Lechem Yehuda.
