Elgin Watches Reverse Painted Glass and Neon Advertising Wall Clock, Manufactured by Glo-Dial Clock Company, Mid 20th Century.
Dimensions: Diameter 22in; depth 5 3/4in.

The case with marks, wear, scuffs, abrasions, surface scratches and loss es to paint. The neon tube to the interior of the clock appears to be broken and loose inside.
