A Medieval Illuminated Vellum Latin Antiphonary Manuscript Leaf, 16th Century or Earlier. Double-sided, comprising several lines to each side inscribed in Latin liturgical Gothic script from a gradual or choir book. Glazed in a double-side stained pine frame.
Dimensions: Sheet approximately 20 x 13 1/4in; Frame 23 x 16in.
Provenance: Property from a Pennsylvania Collection.
Condition:
Not examined out of the frame. Creases, typical discoloration, and small losses. Wear commensurate with age. The frame with typical marks and surface scratches.
