Highlights include several works by old masters; Balthasar Paul Ommeganck, Peter Jacob Horemans and others, works by local artists including Ralph Taylor and Harry Rosin, rare French Faience by Delphin Massier, a good mid 20th century rosewood table by Kurt Ostervig for Randers Mobelfabrik, tableware by Dirk Van Erp, and a portrait of Captain James Scott, attributed to American portrait painter Edward Savage (1761-1817).

A hand hammered example marked as pictured and dated for 1942, with low round feet, a gadrooned edge and foliate decoration at the corners. The glass insert is Pyrex.
