An American Oak and Mahogany Writing Table, Late 19th Century. The rectangular top having an inset tooled green leather writing surface over three drawers, raised on ring turned tapered legs. Tulip poplar secondary wood and laminated drawer bottoms.
Dimensions: Height 30 1/2in; width 59 1/2in; depth 33 3/4in.
Provenance: Property from a Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia Collection.
Condition:
Structurally sound. The leather top with heavy wear. General marks, wear, nicks, scuffs, and surface scratches to the wood frame.
