A Pair of French Gilt, Patinated Bronze and Rouge Marble Candlesticks, 19th Century.
Each candlestick is decorated with small bronze cameo Classical portraits in profile. (2)
Dimensions: Height 9 3/4in; width 4 3/4in; depth 4 3/4in.
Provenance: Property from a Philadelphia Main Line Collection.
Condition:
General marks, wear and rubbing to the bronze. The marble bases with fleabites and small chip losses to the edges and corners. One candlestick is lacking a single bronze medallion, now having a small vacant hole.
