Federal Style Mahogany Banjo Clock, 19th Century, Possibly George Hatch

Model No. 5, with reverse painted glass tablets. The white-painted circular dial having Roman numerals, the single train weight-driven movement having a recoil escapement.

Dimensions: Height 29in; width 11in; depth 4in.

Provenance: From a New Jersey Collection.


Condition:

The white-painted dial with craquelure overall. The case with general marks, wear, abrasions and surface scratches. Minor losses to painted glass tablets. We cannot guarantee the completeness and functionality of the clock's movement.
