A Pair of Federal Style Inlaid Mahogany Serpentine Chests of Drawers, 'Beacon Hill Collection' by Kaplan Furniture, 20th Century
The rectangular top with serpentine front above a conforming case, fitted with four string inlaid graduated drawers and shaped skirt, raised on 'French' feet. Each having a paper manufacturer's label to the interior of top drawer, numbered '621' and '628'. (2)
Dimensions: Height 36 1/4in; width 42in; depth 21 1/4in.
Provenance: Property from a Local Collection.
Condition:
Structurally sound. Typical marks, wear, nicks, abrasions and surface scratches overall. heaviest wear to feet. The tops of each cabinet having light marks to corners from small circular cork pads/adhesive from a prolonged period of time. Otherwise good condition.
