A Japanese gilt lacquer rectangular tray in low relief depicting landscape scene on four L-shaped feet. With fitted wooden box. To the bottom of the box dated 1886 with further inscription to top. Together with ceramic bowl. 20.5cm x 16.5cm. Bowl 13.5cm diam. (2)
Lacquer tray in good overall condition without any areas of defects or repairs to note. Bowl with vertical 4cm hairline from rim with two frits to rim.
