A rarity in the hand of Walt Whitman. His poem "Spirit That Framed This Scene" written in Platte Canon, Colorado. Hand written in ink on a 7 1/4" by 5" paper in ink. Signed at the bottom Walt Whitman and with a small heart. Known to exist, this hand written and signed example of of Walt Whitman piece is a genuine museum quality rarity.
