Badatz letter to residents of the Batei Neitin neighborhood in Jerusalem, “for those who had their houses destroyed, including those whose houses were not destroyed, we need to cooperate to rebuild the destruction…” in the margins of the letter are the signatures of the rabbis of the Badatz, HaRav Pinhas Epstein, Rosh Av Beit Dins, HaRav Yisrael Reizman, HaRav David HaLevi Jungreis.
