Первое издание в России. Работа «О сущности правосознания» – одно из его замечательных сочинений, посвященных вопросам власти и государственного устройства, была впервые напечатана после кончины ученого, в 1956 году, в типографии Обители преп. Иова Почаевского (Мюнхен). Автор раскрывает духовный смысл и государственное предназначение правосознания, дает ответы на вопросы о сущности государства и формах власти. Он определяет «аксиомы правосознания», лежащие в основе общественной и государственной жизни.
