Kuntres Ha-Sfekot, by Rabbi Yehudah Ha-Kohen, brother of the author of the Ktzot Ha'Choshen Munkacz 1889.

In all the parts, Ownership stamp by Rabbi Ben Zion Wazel, Av Beit Din of Torda, served as Rabbi of Torda in Transylvania for thirty-six years and as President of the Council of Orthodox Congregations in Transylvania, ordained by Rabbi Hanania Yom Tov Lipa Teitelbaum, author of "Kedushat Yom Tov"
