One from the Book of Hours in Latin on Vellum The Pieta Gold Leaf and Tempera from Rouen ca. 1500. A Single leaf written in gothic script and brown ink with ruling and rubrics in red. Miniature painting of the Peita with the crucified Christ in the arms of his mother Mary measuring approx 6.75" x 4.5" and the other Manuscript Cutting on Vellum Gold Leaf, ink and Tempera From the Great Choir Book of Ferdinand and Isabella Castile c 1479-92. Great color pigments as shown. All these from one collection and most bought from Mackus Company Illuminated manuscripts and Historical documents as shown in receipts. Good condition, see photos
