כתב יד, העתקה של ספר תפלת ישרים לרבי יהודה אריה ממודינה דפוס ויניציאה, תקי"ד. בשער כתב היד, נוסח השער המקורי של הספר עם שם מקום ופרט שנת הדפוס. כתיבה מרובעת, איטליה, המאה ה- 19.
[25] דף. כתובים משני צדדים. 18 ס"מ. מצב טוב. מספר נקבי עש זעירים. פגע עש קטן בודד במספר דפים אחרונים.
