Large Modern Chinese Bronze Lidded Censer
Large modern Chinese lidded bronze censer with a custom wooden stand. Signed along the interior. The exterior with lovely incised decoration and mask form handles in the form of a horned beast.
Provenance: A Private Collector based in Alpharetta, GA; Plausibly acquired from R. Hollings & Co., Boston, MA; Private Minnesota Collection.
(Without stand, with handle) Height: 12 3/4 in x width: 11 in x depth: 6 in. (Stand) Height: 19 1/2 in x width: 16 3/4 in x depth: 8 1/2 in.
Condition: No major cracks, losses, or visible restorations. Verdigris patination throughout. Light wear throughout as expected from age. Very light wear to the stand.
