Israel - 50 Pruta 1949 - Minting Error - Off center + Hard Minted - XF
The Israeli government has asked the Numismatic Association in Israel for design proposals for a new series of currencies. Leo Kadman and Hanan Pavel, along with graphic artist Uta Wallisch, submitted charts, which were approved by then-Finance Minister Eliezer Kaplan.
Face: The words "50 pruta" and the year of issue in Hebrew; Around two stylish olive branches.
Back: vine leaf; The word "Israel" in Hebrew and Arabic.
