LATIN AMERICAN GUIRO INSTRUMENT & PAIR OF HAND-CARVED JEWELRY BOXES
A vintage Latin American Guiro instrument and a pair of hand-carved jewelry boxes with screw top lids. All three items are in good condition. The Guiro measures 3'' H x 17'' W x 3'' D. A Guiro is a percussion instrument that originated in Latin America and is often used in Caribbean music. It's made from a hollowed-out gourd with ridges on the outside, and is played by scraping the ridges with a stick or comb.
