Spanish Blunderbuss Carbine, Late-18th c.
Spanish miquelet / percussion carbine with blunderbuss barrel, 18th century or early 19th century. Octagonal to round barrel with a wide flared blunderbuss muzzle. Stock in a tan wood with carving to the butt and checkering to the grip. Iron mounts. Marked to the left side of the barrel .12 twice over. Size 23 1 /4" L, barrel 10 1/4" L
