Larger format document: a certificate of assignment to Sergey Chugunov of the rank of junior commander R.K.K.A. in 1924.Smaller document is a mandate No. 38 issued to Chugunov to participate in the 6th Party Conference of 1938. The order of the conference is printed on the back of the mandate. Both documents with original signatures.
