Carmeli Brigade 20th anniversary convention medal, 1968 - pattern(?); cast bronze; weight: 13.4g; 33.5mm. Obverse bears the emblem of the IDF with legend "Assembly of the Carmel Brigade 5708 [1948] 5728 [1968] Haifa 23.5.68"; on reverse the official emblem of Israel's 20th anniversary. These momentos are usually encountered as sharp, struck pieces (usually in presentation cases); this one is crude even though it is colored with matte gold, and may be a pattern.
