J.A.F.P - This pin served as a shoulder title. The Israeli emissaries worked to transfer Holocaust refugees, smuggle borders and manage the DP camps to ensure their immigration to Israel, initially as illegal immigrants and later as legal immigrants and even in military training prior to their immigration and integration into the War of Independence.
