Details
With hammer work, engraving, repousse and the handles cast. Decorated with scene of David and Goliath on one side and the Messiah arriving in Jerusalem on the other. Bears apparently later inscriptions (in Hebrew) stating "David and Goliath" and (mistakenly) "Mordechai and Haman".

Both scenes are taken from the Amsterdam Haggadah (second edition 1712), a typical source for various Jewish items.
