The document is signed on its margins by three of the Dayanim of the Beit Din Tzedek of the Yemenite community of Jerusalem: Rabbi Shalom Yosef Alsheich (on eof the greatest kabbalists and the future Rosh Av Beit Din of the Yemenite community), Rabbi Yosef Se'adya Ha'Levi Nahari and Rabbi Shalom Yosef Araki, Rosh Av Beit Din of the Yemenite community. Stamp of the Yemenite Badatz.
