A letter in the handwriting and with the signature of Rabbi Dov Berish Weidenfeld, the "Tchebiner Gaon", to Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac HaLevi Herzog, the Chief Rabbi of Israel.
In the letter the Tchebiner Gaon wants to assist a Torah scholar who is a candidate to be a Dayan. Written on official paper.
