NORTH KOREAN COMMUNIST PARTY POSTER
Scarce North Korean poster, 24 x 18 in., depicting a proletariat worker breaking
through chains that are labeled 'colonial involvement.' Interestingly, the broken chain holds a Japanese 'red sun' flag, a clear attack on Japan's conquest of the Korean Peninsula during World War II. The bottom of the poster bears the name of the North Korean Communist Party. Pinholes at the corners from previous mounting, small tears to the edges, else fine condition.
