The title page bears the stamp of Admor Rabbi Pinchas Hager of Borsa – son of Rabbi Baruch of Vishnitz. He was an outstanding scholar, kabalist and righteous person. He distributed all of his money to charity. He passed away in Sighet in 1941 (Encyclopedia L'Chassidut, section one, p. 530).
At the conclusion: stamp of his son and successor in Sighet, Admor Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Hager, who died soon afterwards in the Holocaust.
