Itzhak Shamir (1915-2012) was the seventh Prime Minister of Israel served as a minister, Chairman of the Knesset, leader of the opposition, a senior "Mossad" commander and one of the leaders of the “LEH”I” resistance organization.
Tuvia Friedman (1922-2011), a Holocaust survivor, founded the Center for Jewish Documentation (German: “Jüdischen Historischen Dokumentation”) in Vienna in 1946. It was the official title for covert activities aimed at tracking down Nazi criminals, of which he helped capture and bring many to trial. Among his numerous cases, Friedman also assisted in tracking down mass murderer Adolf Eichmann and bringing him to justice.
