RIBBENTROP JOACHIM VON: (1893-1946) German politician who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nazi Germany 1938-45. T.L.S., Joachim Ribbentrop, one page, large 4to, Berlin, 25th May 1936, to Graf Maxence de Polignac, in German. Ribbentrop thanks his correspondent for their nice letter and continues 'According to the information I have, I have to tell you that I have not had the opportunity to deal with Mr. Schauberger's plans, as they are completely outside the scope of my work', further remarking 'I would love to see you again after so many years, and will not fail to call on you if my path should lead me to Paris in the course of this year, which I hope'. Some light overall age wear, a few minor rust stains to the upper left corner, a small area of paper loss to the upper right corner and one small, neat tear to the right edge of the central fold. A few minor ink blots to the signature. G
